Identity through Self Portraits

Students will create detailed self portraits in one of several art medias to explore the rich topics of identity, community, and self. Schools may choose from drawing and painting, clay, or drawing and collage for this program.

Program Requirements: Horizontal space to store and distribute materials during residency. If interested in clay, please specify whether school has access to kiln in good working order. If not, a firing fee can be added to contract.

Jess Graff

Jess Graff has delivered arts-based programs in the Pacific NW for nearly 15 years. She has participated in many gallery shows and residency programs at schools, art centers, and museums. Her work ranges from sculptural ceramics to fibers and paint media.
