Hello ALNW Community!
As a fun and active summer comes to a close, we can’t wait to update you with all of our Fall programming!
Teaching Artist Spotlight: Supernova the Strongwoman!
Tera "SUPERNOVA" Zarra is a strongwoman, acrobat, aerialist, and comedian. She brings high-level stunts to the stage along with a heartfelt message of empowerment and the celebration of individuality.
Dedication to your dreams outweighs the myth of "natural talent." Even if students are starting small with bringing more athleticism and health into their lives, Tera believes that ALL EFFORT deserves to be celebrated.
"Supernova the Strongwoman was exactly what our second through fourth graders needed! Her engaging and interactive performance had students and adults laughing and participating throughout an entire 50 minutes. I'd recommend this performance to any school."
