Fun for the Arts returns for the 2024-25 school year! Sign up your school and raise money you can spend on all things art!
Arts for Learning NW’s tradition since 1977, Run for the Arts, is now Fun for the Arts! This refreshed version of our school-based fundraiser brings the philanthropic power of our community together in a more accessible dance-a-thon with a theme of “move however feels best.” Join with other regional schools to bring arts equity and accessibility to schools in Oregon and SW Washington!

Fall registration deadline for LiveSET is Friday, September 13th!
LiveSET (Sound Engineering for Teens) is an exciting program for young people ages 15-19 to get real-world training in the art and science of live sound engineering -- a partnership between Friends of Noise and Arts for Learning NW Work with top professionals in the field and then showcase your skills by mixing a professional concert.

Program Spotlight! Creative Dramatics:
How to be a friend/neighbor/upstander/community member. In this program, Students learn Creative Dramatics to collaborate and practice kindness, using social and emotional skills and teamwork to create stories about helping. How to be a kind human. (Grades k-2) This 3-5 sessions residency incorporates basic creative dramatics skills that involve body movement, vocal exploration, creative storytelling, and problem solving through ensemble, partner, and independent activities. Students investigate these tools and how they are useful in communication, speaking, and creatively bringing ideas to life and story. Body and spatial awareness, coordination, and balance techniques will be introduced through exercises and activities, encouraging safe and creative physical ways of movement while building community and enjoying imaginative social play.
