Fun With Faces

Students will tap into Social-Emotional Learning as they practice creating self-portraits. Through a series of drawing and color application exercises they will learn about proportion, character drawing, contour drawing, shading, and embellishment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The artist is bilingual – instruction in Spanish is available!!!

This program may be done as a residency or a single session workshop.

Lulu Moonwood Murakami

Lulu is a mixed-media visual artist with 12 years of experience as a certified teacher. She is well-versed in many forms of visual arts, including mixed-media painting, drawing, collage, sculpting with paper clay and papier mâché, and textile arts.
