Learning Summary: Students will learn to express themselves by creating a verse and chorus in a group. Students will explore rhyme schemes, structure and tempo while writing about their personal topics.
Arts Standard: MU.1.CR1.3.2Generate music ideas (such as rhhthms and melodies) within a given tonality and/or meter.
SEL Standard: "Standard 4: Relationship Skills & Collaborative Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain healthy, supportive relationships and effectively navigate diverse settings in order to collaboratively solve problems."
