Learning Target: I can use drawing to break down a complicated drawing problem into parts that I already know how to do.
Learning Summary: Students will learn to break down complex drawings into familiar shapes and discuss applying this technique in other areas of problem-solving.
Arts Standard: VA.2.CR2.K 3. Create art that represents natural and constructed environments.
SEL Standard: "Standard 4: Relationship Skills & Collaborative Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain healthy, supportive relationships and effectively navigate diverse settings in order to collaboratively solve problems."
