“Match The Tempo” Dance Game with Nicole McCall
Learning Target: I can hear different music tempos and match the speed with my body movements.
Learning Summary: Students will dance in a circle to three different pieces of music, changing their speed to match each song.
Arts Standard: DA.4.CR4.K. Match movement to musical tempo and apply different qualities of movement.
SEL Standard: Standard 2: Self-Management & Agency: Use management strategies to build personal and collective agency that lead to achieving goals and aspirations.
