We are hiring a full-time Implementation Coordinator and part-time Arts Integration Coaches to support Young Audiences’ work as Implementation Partner of The Right Brain Initiative. Implementation Coordinator

Position Status: Full time with benefits, $15-20 per hour, 40 hours per week
Reports To: Program Implementation Manager; collaborates closely with Program and Operations staff

Position Summary:

Young Audiences is seeking a new team member with a background in education, stellar organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully juggle many tasks while remaining creative to support the implementation of The Right Brain Initiative. Young Audiences serves as the Implementation Partner for The Right Brain Initiative, a program of the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC), providing oversight for the delivery of arts-integrated residencies and services to partnering schools.The Implementation Coordinator provides residency implementation oversight including coordination and support for Arts Integration Coaches (site coordinators), residency assistance for partnering schools and teaching artists, and budget tracking. Additionally, this position works in concert with the Program Implementation Manager to coordinate the annual teaching artist application process. Position Summary:

Arts Integration Coaches work with Young Audiences to support The Right Brain Initiative as site coordinators for schools serving Kindergarten-8th grade students in the Portland tri-county region. Coaches guide schools through the design and implementation of Right Brain arts-integrated residencies; including identifying goals, facilitating meetings, and supporting the incorporation of 21st Century Skills. They serve as knowledgeable and experienced instructional coaches to classroom teachers and teaching artists throughout the year.
